How Flipping Things Builds Your Creativity in LIFE Like NOTHING ELSE

Creativity is awesome. I’ve used creativity to make lots of money, have cool new toys, and even fund a completely paid for vacation to Los Angeles California (flight, hotel, car rental – everything 100% paid for).

Is creativity a gift?

Are you born with it?

Yes and no.

Let me explain.

WHY YES: Yes, a lot of people ARE just naturally born with a more creative side than others. You probably know some people who just seem naturally very creative – and they’ve always been that way. Me? Definitely not.

WHY NO: No, not EVERYONE is born with it unfortunately… BUT.

Here’s the good news.

You can develop it.

That’s right – you can DEVELOP creativity.

You can build it and build it and build it until you become a creative beast.

So how do you attract and possess creativity?

Let’s go over the process of what happens exactly and what you have to do.

1. Become incredibly intimate with every detail of the business/what you’re doing.

Knowledge is power. Knowledge can also harnessed into creativity. But first, you gotta get it. And I mean get ALL aspects of it so you that you’ve got an arsenal of information you can access and move around.

So in the flipping business for example – you want to become incredibly intimate with every detail of flipping. So the market, what to buy and sell, where to buy it, how to market things, how to write powerful ad descriptions that sell, how to command much higher prices than the average Joe, how to negotiate successfully, how to determine price and value on items – and much more.

Continually building your skill and knowledge of what works and what brings you A LOT vs A LITTLE money in the flipping business.

2. Giving yourself the “space” and time for a new idea, a new connection to pop into your mind.

In any creative field, the fact of the matter is – you don’t just come up with creative ideas on the spot.

You often have to walk away for a bit, disconnect, and then BAM! It’ll come to you.

But you need to give yourself that space and time for those creative ideas to come through.

When I decided I wanted to take a 4-day vacation to Los Angeles and NOT pay for it myself, I had to get creative.

I had to start thinking.

So I did.

I planted the seeds.

3. Continuing to learn and update your skills and mental database of things that work, tricks and tips to get better and faster, “secrets” of the trade, etc.

Back to the knowledge thing. If you don’t have much knowledge on HOW to make money flipping things… you don’t really have much to work with. You’re very limited.

You don’t have much room (brain capacity-wise) to invite and attract creative thoughts and solutions to solve different problems.

So what’s the fix?

Continuous learning. Keep feeding your brain more and more and more.

Everyday.

It’ll make ya rich.

4. Really think about the problem you’re having in your mind, but back it with mental effort and intent to come up with a specific result or solution (from what you know).

Now comes the weird shit.

But the good weird shit.

Ever heard of the subconscious mind?

Basically – you’re calling upon your subconscious mind to help you out here. So you consciously think of the issue, then you walk away from it or sleep on it… don’t even think about it.

Pass it over to your subconscious mind who will figure it out all on its own.

Then just wait.

Suddenly… BAM! You might wake up in the middle of the night with the answer.

Or you might be taking a shower and the idea just hits you.

It suddenly just came to you automatically. The answer. The way. The solution.

Some of the highest levels of creativity come to you at this stage once you tap into this power.

5. Volume of deals you make/things you flip

This one kinda ties in with #3… But has more to do with building experience.

When you first start learning how to flip things for profits… let’s be honest, you’ll likely suck at it.

Like most new things – it’s a learning curve that will take some time to get good at.

You might not even be able to make $20 bucks doing it.

Does that mean it doesn’t work?

Hell no.

It just means you haven’t developed the skills and experience yet.

Stick to it.

Keep going through dozens and dozens of small deals – even if they are low profits – and just focus on really getting that volume.

Don’t avoid the small deals. They’ll build you up, make you better, AND make you more money (soon).

It’s weird… on the surface, you might think “What? Only a $20 profit on this? That’s not worth my time. Forget it.”

…But the ironic part is… all those small deals, those $20 deals, after you do enough of them, they will GET YOU to a point where you can start making LARGE deals.

You will have gained so much knowledge… experience… that you’ll get to that point where you’ll be able to drop $2,000 on something like it ain’t nothin’.

Or maybe even $20,000.

The point is – with the small deals (and lots of them) – you’re  gaining something even MORE valuable than money…

You’re gaining experience that will make you loads of cash later on.

Don’t get cocky or arrogant. Start out in the trenches.

The smart flipper is the one who takes on all deals starting out.

They know that this builds their “Eye for the Deal”.

Like a muscle, the stronger your Eye for the Deal becomes, the more money you will make.

Slowly. Build. Build. Build.

$50 in a month.

Then $100.

Then $300.

Then $500.

Then $1,000.

Next thing you know you’re making $2,500 per month.

AND with only a few hours per week.

That’s how it is folks.

That’s the truth and that’s the process.

Just like anything good in life.

It takes time and discipline.

But once you’re there… shit. It’s freakin’ awesome.

That’s how you become a MASTER flipping Ninja… A master of the entire process, so that you can literally go anywhere, anytime, and practically attract money to you because you’re so good at finding deals, marketing, and selling.

You barely have to think about it and next thing you know… you just made $300 bucks in half an hour.

It’s like a valve you can turn on and off – at will.

It’s important that you fully grasp and commit to these processes, because you’re right at that stage where you should be jumping ALL IN with learning everything there is about making money flipping things on Craigslist, eBay, thrift stores, and so much more.
